DICKSTERLAND

One of Leonardo da Vinci's proverbs goes something like this: It is easier for a 'man' to kill a thousand of his enemies than to vanquish himself. 'Men' sometimes need to undertake a long voyage in order to find the 'meaning of life'. Dickster's World is not far from yours. If you take the right wrong turn, you will find it. Dickster needs you… D wants you to… D'd LOVE you to…help Him find His way back. Give D the feedback He deserves! Go a-head, give it to Him!

FADE TO BLACK

To all of those around the world who knew him.

I realize how shocking this will sound to you. For this to happen to a man who'd come so far, after having gone even further…

It was just before midnight when we were interrupted in our work by a knock at the door.

A man who'd finally grown to make a difference: his difference. All is ended…

One might say it happened on the ides; another would consider it to have happened on the eve of the ides.

November rain took its own sweet time coming. Now my tears and those of all who cherished him are nourishing the land. Countless mascara-painted cheeks!
BLACK. Black is what is usually considered correct. Black on reddened cheeks - regardless of origins…

00:00 hundred hours tolls the murderous doorbell.

But Black must not be sad. Black is the darkness when the lights go out. Black encompasses all. And how much fun have we all had during power failures? If we omit the traumatizing emprisonment of being locked up in a broom closet, by a sadistic family member or 'friend', I'm sure that, if not as a child, then certainly as an adult, you've all had great moments in total darkness. Let me help you: pin the tail on the donkey is great fun at all ages!…

Dickster, Dickmeister, Dicky… Richard Travelle is dead.

Many of you did not get to see him since his return, so let me tell you, you wouldn't have recognized him. A knew glow adorned him. A man who'd learned to overcome his alter ego and learned to love. A new greatness was within him: a greatness of liberty. His journey was extensive. Many years had passed since the guy you'd last known as always 'coming' finally went away. He once left for better, now he's gone for good!

We want tears of joy during what's left of November! Be happy for the man who came to rise at every occasion. His passing away was his salvation; it is our loss.

Signing out for the late maestro who's aura lives on, humbly yours,

Jack Stack.
